How Does It Work?

Simply upload your photos to our easy to use platform, and let us do the hard work for you.

You’ll have access to management screens to upload/manage your jobs (on phone, tablet or desktop) and receive an email/SMS as soon as your photos are ready.

All you need to use our platform is a modern browser and an internet connection – we also support mobile/tablet devices!

Frequently Asked Questions

Turnaround time is the next working day, however most images are completed much sooner than this.

You’ll be emailed once to confirm we’ve received your photos, and once again as soon as they’re complete.

Completed sets of images are never deleted from your account.

We need your photos as JPG or PNG files between 1-5mb. This is plenty of resolution for both web use and printing up to A3 size. Larger files will slow upload and download speeds without a visible increase in quality. Adjust your camera settings to reduce the file size or you can resize existing photos which are too large here.

Your account will be debited at the end of each month.

We use 100% British blue skies to deliver natural looking results.

Yes.

No. If there’s too much clutter (see ‘Sample A’) or the object which needs removing blocks a key area of the image it’s not always possible. If you upload an image which is too complex to be retouched one of our team will let you know.

Sample A
Here the room is too cluttered for all of the objects to be removed. If the photographer had taken out the black bag and notice board above we could clear the rest!

Sample B
The dark grey car is blocking too much of the front door.

If the dark grey car was moved before taking the photo to leave only the red car, this red car could be removed as it’s only partially blocking the hedge and driveway.

Sample C
The stair gate is removable as it’s not blocking all of the stairs or taking up too much space in the image.

 

Sample D
We can see enough of the wall around the car for it to be removed.
